RETURN POLICY- X-POLE
Our official policy is that all sales are final. If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping we will replace any necessary parts. We absolutely want to make sure you or your client has a fully functional perfect X-Pole! Unopen & unused poles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
All X-Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole to pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Clothing and Accessories
All clearance sales, hosiery sales, undergarment sales and special order sales are final, no returns / exchanges will be accepted on any clearance, hosiery, undergarment or special order merchandise.
Due to health regulations, we will only accept returns on bikinis, that have not been worn and are in original unopened packaging with tags attached.
Our shoes are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you via UPS or Fed Ex. We do this to ensure that these items reach you as quickly as possible. Be sure to provide a physical address as UPS and Fed Ex Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shoes to arrive. We do accept returns for size exchange. If you need a different size, please place a new order for the correct size. If the size you are looking for is not available we can either back-order the shoe in the size you want, or accept a return for store credit. Once you have completed that order, contact us at email@example.com to get your Merchandise Return Number. Packages without a Merchandise Return Number will not be accepted.
If you wish to return your item(s) but do not want a size exchange, all refunds will be in the form of store credit. We recommend that you try your shoes on in a carpeted area to prevent scuff marks as any shoe that has signs of wear/usage cannot be accepted either for an exchange or for store credit.
Please be sure to put the shoes back in their original packaging and be sure to NOT mark the shoe box in any way. You must place the shoe box in a package before shipping it back to us. Any damaged or destroyed boxes will be subject to a $10 box fee. All returns must arrive to us within 21 days of the date they were delivered to you on without exception. We recommend that you select a carrier/shipping service that can guarantee delivery by the date you were provided and can supply you with a tracking number as Platforms and Poles will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail stream. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee as this is the fee the manufacturer charges. Any footwear that was purchased with free shipping will have the cost of shipping deducted from the refund amount along with the restocking fee. All shipping charges are not refundable. 1 - Notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.
2 - Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # and a Merchandise Return Form.
3 - Print and complete Merchandise Return Form.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. Damaged packaging (original manufacturers box) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization sent to us. Once you receive this number, you have seven days to return the item's to us. Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you send. Print and complete Merchandise Return Form. Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an outside carton, do not return shoes in only the original manufacturers box. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or received after 7 days, will be returned to sender.
It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrives damaged, due to shipping. We process returns ASAP, however allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, or store credit.
*Returns for store credit must meet the above terms. 15% restocking fee will be waived on returns made for store credit. Excessive returns for store credit, as determined by Platforms and Poles, will be assessed with a 15% restocking fee.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments- All refused or undeliverable shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders.
**Be sure to include in writing with your authorized return how you would like your refund (credit card or store credit). All returns made without details on how you would like refund, will result in store credit.
